The company was founded and is managed by Mr. Denis Vallée. He has more than 35 years of experience in accounting, as well as in business and property management, having managed an accounting practice both in Quebec and in Ontario. Mr. Vallée and his experienced team are very familiar with the importance and responsibilities of a Board of Directors and how a condominium corporation needs to be managed.
